To buy tobacco in Spain is very limited by laws and taxes... really in the USA it is much easier and you have more options.
You are right. I arrived from Spain two weeks ago. The selection is very limited and the prices are similar than in the States. My friends there asked me to bring several mixtures from C&D, Sutliff , Hearth & Home , etc. that they do not have acces there, Not even by mail. The only tobacco avaiable there and not here is Caporal (wich i bought several pouches). I do not know where Alejo gets such wrong information. By the way , the andalucia pipa club is still active and doing well.
