Is New York the only state that people use "upstate" for?

I think my fellow NY ers use this term because we don’t speak the same language, drink Hudson River water and exposed to the same level of carbon monoxide!

Welcome from Florida. You might want to try a tin of Capstan Blue Flake. You will learn to read up and watch videos about how to smoke flakes. The Capstan Blue is readily available and has some great flavors and is easy to fold and stuff. I know most of this is over your head being from Ny and all. I picked it up easy as I am originally from Boston and you know how easy we pick things up.
