Sorry you had a bad experience. Every time I've called them they've been nothing but patient and helpful.

I called them today and ordered 6 tins of the Cabbie's Mixture. Theresa was very polite and accommodating. Maybe if they were treated like some on here have treated me they had a good reason to be rude......JS. At any rate, over priced or not, I'm glad I finally found some Cabbie's.

The bags of penzance are $120 because one of the regulars was caught buying them for $70 and immediately reselling them on ebay for $120 back in 2018. The owner didn't like them being flipped over to the secondary market so he raised his price to match the going rate at large as a means of keeping it available to customers that actually want to smoke it.

I know of a tobacconist that tried to curb this problem by opening the full bag of Penzance in your presence and then selling it to you.
