Keeping it smoky today with some of Russ O's SV-23 Perique Blend in my prized foggymountain Hilson Vintage Panel pipe. Sporting my favorite "welder's" cap. It stays on at 75mph and softens the blow of junebugs to the forehead. 8)

Do you check your image size and resolution? I uploaded my picture above as a 5" wide @ 72dpi. If I don't reduce the image size my pics would be monsters.

Also, if using Windows, right click on the pic file and select edit from the menu.
If MS Paint is on your system, it will open the file. Along one of the top rows, you should see a "Resize" button. Select that and you should be able to adjust size by entering a percentage in a box. Then save.
Make sure the edit screen is maximized. You might not see the full array of buttons if the window is not full sized.

Unfortunately I'm on both droid & vacation....
