Dang; I'll need to resurrect this idea once my dental implant process is complete and healed. About 2.5 months left. I have the hats! (Said in Arby's commercial voice over tone...)

Let me know when the next Fishnbanjo day occurs. I want to be a part of it. I never knew Sante (personally), but I've seen plenty of his wonderful selfies. Learning of his passing prompted me to join this site.

Here
The date is July 5th.
This thread is from 7/5/18.
HERE is the link to this year's thread. In the first post are also other helpful links.
Welcome to the forum. It's good to know Sante is still "reelin' em in" from the spiritual realm. 8)

I always enjoyed Sante's photo posts, and his vast and various pipes from the homespun to the extravagant, and all unique and worth seeing. He didn't do much text explanation, but the short captions hinted at an encyclopedic knowledge of pipes and friendship with many carvers and blenders. He also posted fascinating narratives on his career in engineering and some of the daunting assignments he accomplished. I feel lucky to have encountered him here. I miss his selfies, his hats, his pipes, and the seasonal shifts and varying sky.
