I'll stop by and grab one of those next time I'm there. The wife and I go to Alamogordo periodically and grab some of the pistachios and truffle oil from a little shop there. The red chile pistachios are our favorite. Here's the winner in Alamogordo, NM. Get it at Rockin' BZ Burgers. My brother and I get to New Mexico on a regular basis to do outdoor photography. This pic is from last October when we were in White Sands. We've assembled a list of places to hit for GCCB which is ungodly long. Knocked 17 off the list so far with 35 to go (36 now that I'm adding the A&B Drive In).

That's great! I lived in Albuquerque for a formative decade so I have a soft spot for NM. What have you been enjoying in your venture into piping? My name is Pat and I live in a small town in southern New Mexico. I just recently began my serious foray into pipe smoking. I had dabbled with pipe as a young lad before joining the Navy. That was when a youngster could walk into a store and purchase tobacco without a second glance. In the past month or so I've acquired, to my wife's chagrin, a decent rotation of pipes to feed what may now be considered an obsession. I'm looking forward to obtaining the insights and wisdom from everyone here that has been enjoying this hobby far longer than I.
