I see it's called "spicy ketchup? interesting. does it taste like green pepper or something?

They have regular too. The spicy is fairly new. I’m not sure what it is that’s different about their ketchup but it tastes way better than your typical Heinz/Hunts/etc to me. Maybe more vinegar? Not sure, but it is different.

Well, after 2 weeks with the lid off the tub and a daily stir in the A/C this stuff is much better! 1/2 way into the bowl and the Carolina Reaper effect hasn’t shown up yet, has lost some of the flavor though

That’s a shame. Maybe would have just been better to age it? Though aging a tub of Granger just doesn’t have that same allure, does it?
