Didn't Dunhill come out with one (in block briar) years decades ago? It's sort of a pipe for the guy who doesn't like pipes, per se -- or keeps both hands occupied while smoking. :lol:

Well, now I'm somewhat intrigued. If I can rig one of those up to a gas mask, it might be a good way to keep my blood Nicotine level high enough to deal with... society.

Eurika! This solves my issue with pipes on long car trips. Ashes sometimes burns a pinhole in my ties or shirt. I can have someone in the backseat keeping my fire stoked as I just passively enjoy some Cotton Boll Twist. ::

Not exactly my cup of tea, but this style of pipe has been around for a while. Dunhill, Vauen, Nate King, etc...

The OP's has interesting compartments and other stuff that has me wondering how his works.

I'm sticking to my guns: this is a very ingenious idea, but too outlandish for me. I wouldn't buy one, I prefer a good old fashion pipe. Might be an odd thing in one's collection, though ...
