With a meerschaum you have to smoke it out. Like a sponge, that scent is soaked in deep. You can probably smell it on the outside of the pipe.
thank you! I have ghosted my own Meer terribly and yes smoking it regularly took care of it. Took a few months to get to the point where there was zero evidence of the ghost.
And five bros seems to expedite the solution. Pretty much any blend will eventually smoke the ghost out, but for whatever reason five bros seems to do it quickly.

I just ghosted my meer. Last night I smoked vanilla roll cakes, then my mixture 965, then vanilla roll cakes. The first time on 965 was fine, but today, to my dismay, I realized that the vanilla has permeated the pores and nothing I smoke tastes unlike vanilla. I hope this remedy runs true
