All I know is I couldn't care less about anything said by anyone in Hollywood.

The guy's defending his wife. Chris Rock should have used his brains. Will Smith should have used his as well. But I'm not going to fault him for defending a loved one.
He apologized to the Academy and to the audience, live and remote, for his actions.
Now the weaselly Academy Board is meeting to discuss stripping him of his Oscar. They should just let it go.

I don’t believe they can just let it go. One, the Hollywood elites have drunk too much of the Kool aid on preaching how people should behave. Secondly, self control is a hallmark of professionalism. But we can disagree on what the academy should or shouldn’t do. I do t look to get an invitation to a ceremony anytime soon.
