By my experience, transferring a rondell is a lot harder than it looks.

In everyone's experience.

Unless you have a designed-for-the-task arbor press with a heated tip exactly the size of the leetle metal oval doo-dad, the recess for it must be cut by hand.

Not just the outline, but the depth as well.
