I just got off the phone with Ernie at Watch City. We were trying to make sense of the current labeling of the most current Gawith Hoggarth Brown Flake. Previously there were 'aromatic' and 'scented' versions. These seem to have been supplanted by the current 'Brown A Flake Scented/Aromatic'. Or at least as nearly as we can tell.

According to Ernie, the current legal situation regarding tobacco flavorings is the culprit behind this. Can anyone who has tried the latest iterations provide any clarification?

I'm surprised he answered the phone today. He has his hands full with tobacco orders ... or so I heard. ;)

This from Tobacco Reviews:
Brown flake scented: licorice, maple, tonquin bean
Brown flake aromatic: vanilla and fig

Now we have Brown A Scented/Aromatic. Looking forward to trying it..

Oh. Someone should sue them for false advertising.
puffy You might not be aware, but they didn't add all of those tobaccos. Users add them, and this is why they have a lot of multiple listings. I think they do try to clean them up occasionally, but it's not like anyone uses it but pipesmokers, so...
