I've tried various permutations of the formula, but the number I keep coming up with is 30.

31 was the number. Too many months with 31 days.

If the wife asks, the correct number is your current total + 5. It's always +5, even if you add another one to the collection.

Not of course that that is actually a problem! As of this morning's purchase, I'm at 31 in regular use, about 12-15 in my humidor waiting to be sold or for my eye to be caught again.

I told my wife I would stop at 100. Well then came the Linkman, I mean, I gotta get that. Oh, then a buddy decided to let me get his pipes. A lot of six sweet pipes. Lookie here another seven pipes that called on me to save them. Just 20 bucks, I've got to jump on that!! 150 and I'm done...I swear. Am I fooling anyone?
