CH for me, whenever I can't make up my mind Carter Hall scratches the itch. However SG Best Brown Flake would be my second choice, not an everyday/all day kind of smoke which is why CH tops the list, but I love the flavour in the right pipe.

Just one pipe? That's harsh! It would have to be my Peterson Silver-mounted Straight Grain (sitter)#304. Not only is it beautiful to look at and a perfect smoker (as you would expect), but it is built to last my lifetime and many more.

If it had to be an OTC, I would go with SWR, or CH.
If not limited to OTC, I'd go with GHC Bob's Chocolate Flake, or GHC Bright CR Flake.
