Just tried the Lakeland brickle FORTISSIMO a few days ago. And I really like it.
I will definately like to see what Darbyshire has done with a touch of lakeland and a base of dark burley. :)

Interesting topic. I'm a new pipe tobacco smoker but one day I'll have to try Balkan. I actually found it more interesting that Saint Vitus was mentioned. One of my favorite doom metal bands. I regret missing them at Maryland Death Fest last year. ;-(

Bump! :puffy:
So how are the Blackbloods doing? Everyone still enjoying their Black House under the warm glow of the sacred parchment? Or do we have to attach the Stone Of Shame to anyone?

Baron, my man, congrats on the tattoo. It's a looker for sure. Real glad about the tobacco trade in turn. That's awesome. Kudos to Russ too. I've been smoking Russ' Black House since it came out. One of my favorites. Magnum Opus too. But I like a bit heavier Lat blend myself, and smoke a good five to eight bowls a day of C&D's Star of the East & Pirate Kake. Be curious to know your take on these. Hats off to you, and the righteous attention you brought to Russ and Black House.

I'm never without some Black House close by! Haha! Sacred Parchment and Stone of Shame! I've never had Star of the East or Pirate Kake believe it or not. I did try some of GL Pease Navigator at the pipe show, though and it was awesome.
