I have my first pipe with my Black Dog coffee in the morning. I like how the smokiness of the tobacco mixes with the boldness of the coffee. I usually smoke a Codger blend or a Match blend.
I don't have my first smoke of the day until 6PM or later. It is usually Six Pence by Pease.
I’m an early riser. So as soon as the sun appears through my window, 11:00am— I’m up like a shot!

During the workweek it's not until 6pm or so, but I love Haunted Bookshop with coffee on the weekend mornings.
No rigid routine, sometime after 0500 and, usually before 0700. Depends on the dawg, what I'm doing and my desire for a wee bit of nicotine.
My first is my favorite, almost always a lighter leaf Virginia Flake accompanied by coffee.
I rarely get a morning smoke on weekdays. So it’s a bowl or two in the evening with a bit of bourbon. Maybe a mid-morning smoke on the weekends with a cup of black coffee. And I vary in my tobaccos, but I usually begin with a favorite VaPer like Escudo or G.L. Pease’s Windjammer as of late.
Sometime between 4:30 and 5:00 as I brew coffee, and read my Bible and before I start feeding the critters. Usually English, usually strong. Always by myself. I love the quietness of the morning. It allows me to slowly get my thoughts together and face the day.

I usually have my first pipe 10 - 15 minutes after I wake up. The reason why is that I am now conscious.
