Firebird Flake Release Must Be A Success

I'll admit it, I was intrigued by the Firebird Flake release. Intrigued enough to set an Outlook calendar reminder to log in at 3:00 my time to buy a few tins. But it's been 43 minutes and after several 404 errors over the first 10 or 15 minutes they put me people into a virtual line.

Not that I'm the busiest guy in the world, but no tobacco is worth waiting around that long for. If it's not sold out, I'll try again in a few hours.

I was able to snag a few tins after twenty-five minutes of refreshing. I don’t get down with many small batches. However, Steamworks and this new Firebird caught my eye.

No luck so far
I was in the virtual cue with an estimated 3 min wait. After several minutes it dropped to 2mins before climbing up to 14mins and then finally kicked me out.

Yeah, I spent about an hour refreshing and trying to checkout. I just want 2 tins, this is ridiculous.

I think I'm done with special releases and small batches for good.

After 30 minutes in the online waiting room and twenty minutes of trying to pay I finally got to order 10 tins. Never had this much trouble giving someone $142 before.

I am no webmaster, but would imagine there is no one to blame other than the quantity of people trying to access the site.

Has anyone seen the “queue” page on this site before? Sounds like a good set-up if it were to work properly.

Took 40 minutes of occasional refreshes (even throughout the entire cart process), but I ended up with my 10 tins. I went all in on this one. Sounds unique and also very yummy. I loved Steamworks and was sorry I only got 4 tins of that one.
