I recently got my first Kaywoodie, a 71 (I believe) Supergrain with an Oval Shank. Estate pipe, possibly from late 60s (?). Smokes like an absolute dream, maybe better than a lot of my newer pipes. It's hot in my house, 78 at night - air conditioner ain't working. So I went out for a night stroll. I'd really been loving this pipe for two days when I noticed something.
Bubbles forming under the finish. I could literally watch liquid almost seem to drip and them merge together. I half a mind to actually try lancing it with a lancet
and then peeling it back. Before waxing it with something.
WHAT should I do?
