A blade shape like the Case Toothpick or the Laguiole. A drop point blade, if it did everything else, would be barely acceptable, but I wouldn't be happy about it.

Constrution that won't loosen if I have to twist the blade a little while cutting.
What I would prefer.

Brass bolsters

wood scales
That blade shape is hard to find in a folder. Laguiole folder with wood and brass. I prefer drop point, spear or wharncliff myself. And you shouldn't be prying with a knife. That's what prypars and screwdrivers are for. :D

Revs, don't look now, but when the situation demanded it, I have even used a knife as a screw driver.

A knife I carry is one I like a lot. It's easy to sharpen and pretty tough too.

Gerber folding box knife! Cost me $10 at Wal-Mart and you can buy the replacement blades in the 100 count pack. Plus, the blade flips around so that you actually get two good uses from one blade. And it's perfect for the person wants a sharp knife but can't actually sharpen a knife worth a hoot.

Well, I finally found something. Doesn't fit all of the criteria, but most.
Maserin Atti Linerlock

Fits the three main requirements:

Lockblade

Single blade

2.75 inch long blade
Second tier criteria is only so-so.

Blade is made of CPM-S35VN - 3 percent vanadium which is acceptable considering it functions as Stainless also.

Has a drop-point blade, but not as wide as some I have seen.

Don't know how robust the construction is.
Least important set of criteria was brass and wood, and got Nickle and wood - heh, okay.
Really important criteria, Make me rich and famous and wildly attractive to the opposite sex, will have to wait and see on that one, but I am hoping.

I carry a Spyderco Stretch and I cannot say enough good things about it. VG-10 is a beautiful steel.

This is the exact knife that I carry. FRN scales and plain edge VG-10 blade. Takes and holds a light sabre sharp edge very very well. You can pick them up for under $100.00. An awesome knife for the price.

Yeah, I looked at that one. It is bigger than I wanted, but I did lust after that steel.

I also just hate the space taken up by the hole in the blade. The Atti has one of those funky pins on the blade, and the only thing I can think of is one more thing for something to get in the way of work.
