Yes. We're very happy. It's been a long road to get to a spot where we could afford to purchase land, build our dream home & finally settle down somewhere.

Now if we could ust get the darned thing finished. (We're currently nine weeks behind schedule & living on site in our travel trailer)

But seriously, after 20 years, what's another 9 weeks?

But seriously, after 20 years, what's another 9 weeks?
We were supposed to move in june 15. Moved in sep 30. Thats just part of building a house. The estimate is always based on everything happening as it should, which it never does. Just too many variables, contractors, etc. to expect them all to pan out. Especially now with all the supply chain issues we’ve had during the pandemic. Our cabinets went from 2-4 weeks to 4 months.

I think there are extension wands that are designed to change some lightbulbs so you don't have to rig a trapeze.
