The deeming regs specifically state that they do not apply to tobacco intended for sale outside of the US.

So depending on the blend, a manufacturer of a post 2007 blend may be interested in halting production as early as.......now.

pappy- I was thinking the same thing about dictating what a company can or cannot sell across borders. I wouldn't think the FDA could or would want to regulate what is shipped internationally by a legit business.
peck- I did notice that. It's just good to get what clarification I can, it's a crazy world we live in.
