always loved this ride. reminds me of those hot summer days at disney as a kid, thankful for a slow ride and air conditioning
I went to Disney World during the gas shortage of the 1970's when the parking lot was almost empty. The animatronic hall of presidents was one thing I saw. They were lined up like machines in an arcade and mouthed various presidential sayings with subdued gestures, the effect of which struck me (I'm sorry) as quite comic. I think Disney loses some of its charms when you talk with anyone who has dealt with the corporation from the outside. Not a particularly humane crew, just a real moneymaker.
The Peterson-smoking robot factory is notorious for quality control problems.
Am I the only one who is surprised that they would show a pipe?
Is it a real Peterson by the way? If it is, I'm sure cosmic will make some joke about a dummy smoking a Peterson

I was just there this past weekend lol I didn’t get to do the carousel of progress “it’s great big beautiful tomorrow shining at the end of every bowl”
Im suprised they havent replaced that pipe with a moderately sweetened agave tumeric lemonade.
I've seen the show many times, the last being a few weeks ago. As far as I can tell, it is a Peterson.
The original Disneyland, in Anaheim, CA had a pipe and tobacco shop that carried Disney branded pipes.

Just an FYI all the parks have smoking sections located outside of the parks there are no longer smoking sections in the parks.
Maybe there is a match. I wonder if it makes you talk like mickey mouse.
