I have a tight draw on my meerschaum pipe. I hear others express the same.
Would a falcon with a mere bowl have a better draw?

yes falcon meer bowls have the same draw as a falcon briar bowl ,pretty open

I've found no difference in the draw between meer and briar bowls. Check your stem for clogging from pipe cleaner lint. Might help to flush out the stem with hot water.

Those are always constricting. That's why I prefer IMP's design. No removal insert and a very open draw.

where were you all my life - I had Mike Myers modify my meer to a bone screw and open up the airway - if I knew these existed I'd have been all over them years ago - well no looking back now

Yes, if I understand the terminology correctly. Like these:

These can be drilled out to 1/8" which improves the draw. (I also drill out the strummel to 3/32")
