Sure looks like colonies to me. Microscope? Pretri Dish some of the white? Would love to see this turn up "not a fungi."
Pretty sure, I would still smoke it, either way. Though I might throw out, trim/brush off what I could of the heavier fluff spots.

Haha the mulch was the only thing that brought consensus!

That being said I’m leaning towards smoking it. Most of the yeas seem to have first hand experience, and I have to assume, are not dead.
My search for Kingsbridge led me to this thread. Did you determine if it was mould or sugar crystals? Can’t wait to get my hands on this stuff but, finding some has been tough sledding.

No way to be sure, but I’m optimistic. Going to let it sit in the jar for a while and see of there is any noticeable change.
