Anyway, purely by chance I came across this via Apple News

A collection of tobacco pipes that once belonged to Albert Einstein has been put up for auction, and bidders have already driven the price to more than $20,000.

I am not convinced they are his, appearing after all this time, and to an English antiques hobbiest the provenance sounds a little weak; I hope I am wrong for the sake of the bidders though

Certificates of Authenticity are a dime a dozen in the field of baseball collectables. If the item doesn't have an ironclad provenance I'm not interested. Still having an Einstein pipe would be interesting.
