Greek food and general irreverence is the tradition with my wife's family.
Saint Pacian if I recall.
I always thought of this guy though when I think of you View attachment 386296
Sounds potentially good. I have no idea how good of a cook you are. Most French people I have met seem to know their way around a kitchen. But I also suspect that you guys don't let the ones that can't travel. After Mass I plan on making a roast duck with mashed potatoes, asparagus, French cut green beans, and corn. Dessert will consist of lemon meringue pie, cherry pie, and dandelion cake.
I thought this seemed out of character. Would love to hear the dream but I like vivid morbid dreams. The confession not that interested. Especially if your lawyer would advise against it.I recently got back into the church due to a very vivid and morbid dream. Went to confession for the first time in 7 years. Had a lot to unload.
Sleep paralysis is one of the most terrifying things I have experienced. It's as real as anything when it happens and you're not in a state to get logical on it.I had a vivid dream myself the other night. This one, very different than the typical vivid dreams I've had before.
As I was sleeping, a large black leopard crept into the room and came astride the side of the bed I was sleeping on. It then proceeded to claw at my head and was moving in for the kill. I tried to get away but - sleep paralysis, something that never impacts me, was impacting me. Try as I might, I couldn't get away. Finally, I woke up, but I saw nothing. I realized of course that it was a dream, but an eerie feeling of concern was with me in the room and I could still feel the wound to the left side of my head. As I lay there, now able to move, I realized I was still dreaming and was dreaming that I was awake after the incident. I then willed myself to actually wake up. Now the weird part... I could actually feel the left side of my head in pain from where the leopard had wacked me in my dream. The eerie feeling persisted. Of course nothing was in the room and I quickly went back to sleep after exercising all unclean spirits that might have wandered in while I was sleeping.
Two days later, I was again sleeping when I woke up from a dream. When I woke up, I was blind and couldn't see. Of course this was really concerning and I was a bit terrified. As I was lying there in bed, I thought about it and realized that while my eyes were wide opened, I was still dreaming. Again, I willed myself out of that dream and of course I could see.
This is twice now that I was in a double dream, dreaming about something that was me in a dream only to wake up as a part of the dream only to find myself that I was still in a dream.
It does get one to question reality. I think I need a gyroscopic top.

I'm a decent cook. Trying my mom's duck recipe for the first time so all fingers crossed. And yes, the ones who cannot cook are locked away forever.Sounds potentially good. Oh my, you have changed your name... I thought I was seeing things. I suppose it has to do with the dream you described above.I'm a decent cook. Trying my mom's duck recipe for the first time so all fingers crossed. And yes, the ones who cannot cook are locked away forever.
My dream consisted of a dark room with a red light. Demons surrounded me chanting 'repent'. The floor then opened and a demon I can only describe as beautiful tempted me to continue my ways. I started saying the Hail Mary prayer and then I woke up still saying it.
It was the reason for the change. Left my past behind on that.Oh my, you have changed your name... I thought I was seeing things. I suppose it has to do with the dream you described above.
Telescopes, I would at least mention this to your doctor at your next visit or sooner just to rule out high blood pressure, ischemic attack, bad tobacco, etc. Any time I have had pain in a dream it was caused by something real I discovered later. Just a suggestion from concern.- sleep paralysis, something that never impacts me, was impacting me.
- an eerie feeling of concern was with me
- I could still feel the wound to the left side of my head.
- I could actually feel the left side of my head in pain
- Two days later, I was blind and couldn't see.

He left the 99 to pursue the 1Yeah. I was a good Catholic boy but lost my way. Glad I was able to return to the flock.
