Some gorgeous stuff here folks, here is an update.
Scottie Piersel's Strawberry Wood Elongated Eskimo.

The EA James Morta Dublin with Palm Wood Insert and Cumberland Stem

While this started out as a direct buy David McCarter felt he didn't like something on the pipe and asked if I wanted my money back or he could rework the pipe for me. It originally had a black stem and accents so I asked David for something a little different and he found some Orange Cumberland, it's a Stacked Bulldog with bamboo shank and Orange Cumberland Stem.

Finally this smooth Acorn shape with plateau top and black bamboo by Greek Pipe Maker Chris Asteriou.

I started a little tradition last year, and that is to order a birthdaypresent for myself every year by a new master each year. Last year I got a fantastic pipe by Valera Rijenko, and this year I coosed Dirk Cleassen for the job. Each pipes should be around 11cm, strigh, pot-shaped chamber and with a silver ring with inscriptions with my intials, C.G. and age. E.g. C.G. 37 years So here is the result of this years pipe. It is before the ingravings, but it was done by a true master and it turned out really well. Take a look at the link for pictures.

it's a Stacked Bulldog with bamboo shank and Orange Cumberland Stem.

Fish, is that a billiard, because it sure looks like it? If not, that's the weirdest looking bulldog i've ever seen! Maybe we should call it a "bulliard" hybrid of the two, lol. Beautiful commissions, i especially like that McCarter. I think his alterations really made it a one of a kind artisan pipe. Took it from ford to ferrari. Hope you enjoy them as much and more than i am enjoying drooling over them! Cheers!
