Bringing this one back up because I was curious if anyone else has had an experience with these guys? I have been intrigued a bit by this little "Elegant Bundle" they have going. Seems like a pretty good price for what you get, I just wonder if $100 for the whole shebang they're offering might imply that you're not getting as good a pipe than if you bought one outright by itself. I've seen some selling by themselves for around $120-$130, so I didn't know if that was just store mark-up or if they're bundle includes something...subpar. Any thoughts?

Alright, awesome. I do have to say that I have been digging their bulldog after looking at them for a bit. I think I might just buy this set they have online. Seems like such a good deal for what you get. Thanks for the response, 215.

They did a run of pipes with brass bands, and I had my eye on a bent Rhodesian. Unfortunately for me, they sold them all before I could get one. So far, I haven't seen a repeat issue like that. Otherwise, they seem to pretty good pipes, but I haven't seen one in person yet.

Bought a Dagner Rhode Dog, brown sandblasted with a copper ferrel, directly from their website. Very nice pipe and a great smoker. Wonderful customer service too.

That's a pretty nice looking pipe, there mission. I do like that look. The only ones they appear to have on their site right now, are the ones in the bundle. I like the bulldog out of the three, but I'm still in the air about it.
@rigmedic1 I like the look of the Rhodesian pipes I've seen around lately, so if they produced one like the ones I've seen, I might have considered it myself. Too bad on missing out, though. I wonder if they sell out fast and that's why it's hard to find any variation other than on other pipe shop sites.

I see Jayson (the longer bearded, younger Dagner) to be the creative force behind the 'brand' which has successfully utilized various Social Media services to promote pipes and tobacco in general, and a kind of Greatful Dead sort of allegiance to pipes, pipe shows, pipe crafters, motorcycles, beard oils, original designs, and to the 'creators' Jay, Jayson and Elaine who regale us with their exploits, trials and tribulations.

From YABO's to Prize giveaways, to informative vids featuring the likes of Joe Case, Mark Balkovek, Tom Eltang, The Danish Pipe Club, to simple pipe smoking procedure, this family welcomes virtually anyone with a good heart and a tolerance for one another, our pets, our pipes and our 'community'.

These are genuine pipe lovers who have managed to derive an income via initiative, popularity, monetization, creativity, general good will and intention. More power to them!

I have a MM Dagner Poker cob and it smokes great. My son has a few Dagners and he has nothing but good things to say about them.

I've been waiting so long for a P8 Poker to come back into stock but no joy. I don't understand why it's so hard to restock obviously popular pipes (Morgan included) I found this 2015 P3 Poker on ebay and won it for £26. (poorly listed) It smokes great and is about the same size or maybe slightly smaller than the Dagner MM Cob. One annoying fact, it sits perfectly until you put a softy bit on it. It's so finely balanced that it tips over onto the stem. Would definitely buy a P8 (or P9) if and when they restock.

I also have the MM Dagner cob and have been very happy with it. No experience with their briar pipes but I am happy to hear they are of good quality. One of my favorite things about the pipe community is how down to earth and accepting of the blue-collar side of things everyone is. I enjoy a good cigar occasionally but have never felt like the grandiose life style promoted by most cigar advertising fit my lifestyle or personality.

I have a black blasted P1 poker that is pretty lightweight for a poker. I think it was one of the first ones.
It is a solid pipe and smokes fine. Stem is a little crude, but I have high standards. The air hole drilling is a little off-center, but it is fine. The pipe is a little out of round on the sitting part, but the blast hides it. I paid $50 for the estate pipe. I can send pics if anyone wants to buy it for the $50 I paid for it. It's in good shape. I don't smoke it, because the smoke from short pipes burns my eyes when I clench. I have a peterson sportsman pipe that I can say most of the same things about.
