Here we have a beautifully simple cross-cut blasted straight cutty with uniquely colored dark blue-green stem against a slightly bent bamboo tan blast that displays some striking ring grain.

Some of these pipes are distinctive and the carver may be recognizable to many. Please try to avoid guessing the carver in the comments so as not to influence any voters, but feel free to comment on what you like and don't like about each one. Apparently they have done away with the poll feature here, so please cast your vote in a comment and I will count them when the threads begin to naturally slow down.

Did you ask for no nomenclature or stem markings, or do some of these have a touch of photoshop going on to hide the maker?
I have not altered the photos in any way, but I have made efforts to avoid using their photos that clearly display nomenclature if possible. All the pipes do have markings, and all makers will be revealed at the end.

Once again, both are great, but I'm going with #1 because the bamboo just doesn't work well for me in this particular instance. Sometimes I really like bamboo...not this time...can't really say exactly why.
