I've found that SmokingPipes has lower shipping, and a great selection.
I have also found that 4noggins has wonderful customer service and selection, which makes the slightly higher shipping worth it.
I just placed an order with PipesandCigars for the first time. Their shipping was higher, but they carry things that the others don't.
Guess what I'm saying is, that they are all great, and I'm trying to support all of them.
I haven't done business with CupOJoes because they are higher than the others. It's a shame, I'd be willing to add another company to my favorites.

Free shipping is a great thing. I tend to find that P&C often has lower prices on accessories compared to the other places. I picked up a very reasonably priced large acrylic tobacco jar and a pipe and tobacco pouch with my last order for significantly less than similar items would have been elsewhere.
