Jon David or anyone at CS, when will your website be fixed so that I and I am sure many others can order again? I watched it crash a little before the DH release at 1PM today. As of now, it is still not allowing any products to be added to a cart. Phone sales aren't working either.

I know it has to be frustrating for you trying to get it going again on what is probably one of your biggest release days of the year...but those of us trying to buy that release are frustrated too.

I did trying calling a few times. Keeps going to the main prompt. Guess I could try email too...figured it was down too.

Well...after 5 hours of constantly trying to place the order I was finally successful. I mean, I have never tried so hard to get something online before. Not even Swifty tickets! JK The speeds of the site even now are totally reminiscent of 14.4K dial up days! Made me appreciate how far we've come (or haven't).

I’m with you. “Long time listener, first time caller” to the Squire. I’m typically not an aro guy, but I am a sucker for anything coconut. There are hardly any aro’s out there that list coconut as a prominent flavor. Pina colada doesn’t count.

I sure hope this one pans out. Mainly so I can lament it not coming back becuase some main ingredient is produced by Sutliff and STG isn’t carrying it forward. I jest in fear of me being right.

They should know better. This is nothing new from a limited edition of anything. Lottery system works the best. Even though, I got some DH, I would of given them more money is the system was better.
