I agree that they need a better system. A lottery system or just randomly making their limited tobaccos available on their website at random times on unknown dates would probably help. I know that it has to be frustrating to the guys at the CS too, as it creates angry customers and problems that they have to deal with.They should know better. This is nothing new from a limited edition of anything. Lottery system works the best. Even though, I got some DH, I would of given them more money is the system was better.
Their website is still not working right on a lot of their products that they had on sale this weekend, and their customer service hours are Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4pm. So, I'd say that they'll be swamped with voice mails and emails come tomorrow.
