They should know better. This is nothing new from a limited edition of anything. Lottery system works the best. Even though, I got some DH, I would of given them more money is the system was better.

I agree that they need a better system. A lottery system or just randomly making their limited tobaccos available on their website at random times on unknown dates would probably help. I know that it has to be frustrating to the guys at the CS too, as it creates angry customers and problems that they have to deal with.
Their website is still not working right on a lot of their products that they had on sale this weekend, and their customer service hours are Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4pm. So, I'd say that they'll be swamped with voice mails and emails come tomorrow.

Does anyone else have to upload a copy of their drivers license to order from CS? I had a full cart and it was making me do that in order to check out which made me bail out - I've never had any other website ask for something that in depth

I'm pretty sure it's required of any site that sells tobacco now.

I've never had to show a driver's license. I've heard "adult" sites now require that, but I've never had to upload a license to purchase pipe tobacco, cigars, liquor, or other vicey vittles.

Different states have different laws. The reasoning behind it is to prevent those who are underage from making a purchase. I have had to do this on websites in the past.

You should call The Country Squire and ask them about the change.
