Steve’s staff is, AFAIK, Steve. I bet he could win any packing and shipping boxes contest he cared to enter, and the contents are always well protected. He pays his consignors in a heartbeat, too. How he is so efficient at his advanced age is a complete mystery to me.

Actually I believe his wife helps out a lot.

His wife is employed full time. Without a doubt, she is an essential element in Steve’s life, and everyone I know who has met here at shows says Steve definitely married above himself. How much, if any, she deigns to involve herself in Steve’s day to day life as @pipestud, is unknown to me. That would explain a lot, though?
