Smoke outside. And since it's been a while without smoking in winter I can't remember my old methods of winter pipe care.

Smoked my pipe Friday, Presbyterian. It was a moist bowl and pretty much tasted like burley.

Smoked old gowry in it today, dumped half way. Tasted of burning mushrooms and sour barley pipe juice.

Sizzle it with q tips and alcohol and pipe cleaners, drawing on it empty tastes sweet now.

The airway in the briar is now larger diameter then dills premium pipe cleaners, soft non scrubbing kind. It's same diameter as fujima brand bristles cleaner

I’m sure it went down exactly as mentioned above if that’s even possible buddy, 👏👌, but entertaining non the less…

Now for a real story, albeit boring, I wanted to smoke my first bowl of Marlin flake on my porch yesterday, but the wind was whipping and it was too cold and miserable, so I didn’t.

I don't think I have ever burnt the mushrooms.
I was actually watching/reading an "article" lately that stated it is physically impossible to overcook mushrooms...
Idk if it's true and would never dare waste such a precious resource trying to find out tho lol
