I never, not once saw anyone smoking a pipe. I also never saw pipe tobacco for sale anywhere, . I would also advise never buy any Cuban cigars while in Mexico, Every one I have seen was fake. Mexico is not known for its tobacco. With all the taxes and such on the farmers it cheaper to import it. Mexico offers many other things, pipe tobacco isn’t one of them.
