Cincinnati Style Chili (aka Skyline)

Never cared for Cincinnati chili. I did have a 3 way once, but that was in a different city.......

Damnit! Now I'm craving a 4-way and cheese coney... But yea, I'm a fan. I got hooked attending school in Cincinnati and I thank the heavens we have one in Cleveland too.

Been to skyline once and thought it just tasted weird. It was an interesting experience though.

Ate Skyline chili last year at the Columbus Pipe Show and didn't like it. Too sweet! I like my chili spicy with PB sandwich.

There's no better chilli than Skyline. If you're in the Chandler area some of the Fry's grocery stores has the cans of it. I've never had a chilli even come close to having as good of flavor as Skyline. The cinnamon and coco together with the sharpe cheddar cheese and the spaghetti. Just melds perfectly together.
