Let’s kick off the new year with Smoke Inn’s January COTM delivery:



I waited until after this one to disable my membership: I wanted to see whether they’d do anything for the new year. Sure enough, they threw in a bonus cigar: the Diet Sarsaparilla on the left. Their COTM has been a good one.

Small Batch Cigar order - I know I like the Short Story (ordered some last year on kind advice from @dino) so got a box and some Drew Estate coffee influenced just on spec I guess (ordered two tins of the little ones by mistake, they won’t go to waste).

Espinosa Laranja Corona.

Will have more cigars inbound next week. That order and this one below got picked up by Customs after a good run last year, so that will be me for a while.

Currently smoking one of those Santi's at the moment, damn good - I could be happy with just Aladino Corojo stuff if I had too. Habanos SA can stick it.

Almost 2 months in holding at customs, but that's part of the game.
Looking forward to all of these, but will rest them for a while. 2 months in those humidified SP bags probably won't do them any good...

Looking forward to that AB Magic Toast after reading up on how it was conceived and some reviews.

I love the natural LGC Wavells so will see if Maduros are my bag. Corojo because I've enjoyed other corojo wrapped cigars more.

Punch Gran Puro because I think I favor Honduran tobacco and this should be a good example of that.

Aladino because, well, Aladino.

just received 20 of these Xanxi Bobi Gray Label petits, which are apparently Dominican Corojo/Dominican Habano/Dominican


$60 for 20, I have no idea if they're any good, but...

Also in '25 I bought 2 tins of those little LFDs that @Speak Easy has been smoking, the Carajos.

Another 10 Peruvitas. Probably don't try these unless you want to keep buying expensive little minis. Although they do consistently go on sale..

A few small Padrons, and a handful of DTT Polpettas cuz I always spend at the cigar lounge that hosts pipe club

Let me know how those XBs are. I have the Licenciados and they're outstanding. I've been eyeing those Gray Labels for a while, but have been smoking a pipe mostly, so haven't been making room for cigar purchases. I wouldn't be opposed to a trade....

Humidor is this Savoy from Smokingpipes. Very happy with it

and props to Aladino for making a good cigar for a good price. The fact that they are unique on top of that is just great

Picked up a box of H. Upmann 1844 Anejo Toros and a box of Espinosa 601 Green Oscuro Robustos from the Tobaccopipes.com sale. Might have to purchase some more tonight. I've got lots of pipe tobacco stored up but literally no cigars. I've just been smoking as I buy them. The accessories were thrown in free.

I stopped at Wild Bill's after church and found 2 more H. Upmann Hispaniolas on the bottom shelf in the "clearance" section, so I brought them home, along with 3 Gran Habano Vintage 2004s. I had one a year ago, and have been itching for another one the past few weeks.
