A friend of mine smoked some cream cheese for his annual Christmas party. It was great on crackers, but now I wish I would have chastised him for not serving it to me in a pipe bowl.
Cheese Puffs are great right out of the bag. In a bowl? That's all right also.
I'm really proud of this thread. I feel like it was just born yesterday yet graduated from MIT today.

As long as it was served in one of their pipe bowls, and as long as they didn't expect me to smoke it... I'd request a fine Port to go with it and consume both with pleasure ... wondering in my mind what the Entree' would be, and what they would serve it out of...
