Take a cigar and completely flatten it between two boards and use a screw jack or bottle jack and press those boards together against some immovable object until you can't press it anymore. You could make a kind of gantry too. Make sure the boards are really sturdy timbers. Let it sit six weeks. After that time use a razor sharp knife and cut it with using a chiffonade technique and width wise. Then trim up anything too long then load the pipe and smoke it.

Pues... How about putting a few under the mattress instead?
I mentioned earlier that a tandoori oven takes precidence over a tobacco kiln and in this case, a press for fruit wine would be the priority.
but as my roof is not so far off from collapsing, I could up you one with aged woodworm marinated timber

I have pressed leaf by folding over in a ziplock bag a few times to hold its shape and then reversing a vehicle’s to sit on top of it.
