Just over 350 pounds. . . I go through 12-15 pounds per year so it will definitely get smoked.

That's a very good estimate. By my family's average mortality rate, I've got 20-25 years left on the clock, plus my cellar goal was three times my body weight so both boxes are checked. Took nearly thirty years of buying to get to that point though.
