Here's my recommendations for some Burley blends I've really enjoyed, ordered from sweetest to least sweet:
Carter Hall - Light and sweet Burley and Virginia blend with a mild whiskey and cocoa topping. The bright Virginias are more prevalent here than in most Burley blends and lend both sweetness and a slight acidity to the smoke. Mild nicotine content.
Prince Albert - Burley blend with a little Cavendish and a mild cocoa topping with just a hint of whiskey. Has more body and heft to the smoke than Carter Hall and less sweetness, with a more natural tobacco flavor and less toppings. Nicotine content is at the lower end of medium.
C&D Pegasus - Burley and Virginia blend with a little unsweetened Black Cavendish. Features no toppings and very little sweetness, though there is a bit of earthy mustiness from the dark Burleys. A very natural tasting Burley mixture that's less smooth than the classic OTC blends but still in the same family. Middle of the road medium nicotine content.
C&D Haunted Bookshop - Bold tasting Burley and Virginia blend with a bit of Perique. Almost no sweetness to be found but has a little peppercorn spice from the Perique and earthy mustiness from the dark Burleys. Nicotine content is at the upper end of medium.
C&D Old Joe Krantz - Welcome to the barnyard.
