I just started puffing a pipe. When buying my first one I didn't want to spend too much just incase it wasn't for me. I fould a nice looking little bent pipe for $30. It's also stamped with Capri and on the other side it's stamped with Made in Italy. I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Here's a pic.

Well I suppose I can add my bit in as well. I'm another Canadian cat and it seems to me these Capri's are only in Canada. I own one myself and you always find them in the company of Lorenzetti's and Brigham's. Since the factory that makes Brigham pipes is the same that makes Lorenzettis (so told by the fellow at the B&M here) I have a suspicion that they're seconds from the factory. Mine has a small fill on the inside of the shank which doesn't bother me any and smokes great.

I've got to say, for a cheap pipe, the bits are freaking comfortable; the only pipe in my collection that doesn't sport a softee or hs tube (as mentioned here, my wife was kind enough to feed my PAD with a pot like Greggors).
I think Muede is on to something, my tobacconist doesn't really speak English at a high level, maybe he was trying to tell me they were made for the Canadian market, not made in Canada.
