Can Anyone Help Me to ID this Tool?

This tool was from a cigar manufacturer/distributor in Chicago.
It's probably 80-90 years old.
It's clear that one end is a bottle opener, but what are the implements
on the other end?
Pipe bowl cleaner? Pipe tobacco tamper? (guesses from friends and family there.......)

Any help identifying would be welcome, and thanks for letting me post here
as a new member!

The top almost looks like a string/thread/etc. cutter.

One side looks like it has the little hammer for tapping back in the small nails on cigar boxes. Other side looks like it could be used to pop open pipe tobacco tins, or perhaps to pry open cigar boxes that were nailed shut.
