Maybe, maybe not.

The 1000 lots is new information I guess, so that's probably not great but how often do C&D troll these forums? Jeremy probably does so more himself once in a blue moon.

That said, screenshot for prosperity and memes.
Jeremy, Shane, Sykes, etc. likely have folks “trolling” for them. I’m sure they are kept aware of the goings on, as it relates to their business, that posts here on the forums. Honestly, they’re probably laughing their asses off at the back & forth related to this upcoming drop. ?☕

This is a hard NO for me. Sounds like a marketing ploy, or a novelty other than an offering worthy of the C&D name. The marketing strategist will either be fired or promoted. Time will tell.
I get why you’d think it’s a marketing ploy but do you think the tobaccos used supersede the marketing?
I understand where you’re coming from, I’m wary of gimmicks.

So, only 1000 available. That jives with the 1250 estimate based in previous Small Batch initial release quantities and simple math. Interesting.
The difference would be a factor of 8, actually. If they sold this in 2oz. tins, that would be a "limited release" of 8000 tins. In fact, I just looked at my (empty) tin of Sansepolcro from April 2019, and it was one of 8000 tins. So maybe this was C&D's way of scaring off the lightweights. Go big or go home.

I took the hit for the shipping but it still came to less than $5/ounce. I just got tired of hearing, "Why didn't they put it in tins?" from virtually every forum. I always buy by the pound, even when it is tinned. This one sounds a lot like Mad Fiddler Flake. I like that one and this was less expensive than buying eight more tins.

I like the idea of buying a pound at a time also. I'm a bulk guy mostly anyways so it works out. I always feel like 2 ounce tins are a waste when looking at my cellar.
