I use reamers for cleaning up estates. The Buttner is ok, but doesn't fit all chambers, but I like the Senior better, and a slightly sharpened oyster shucker best of all. What I really need is some of those"crackers" like Georged uses.

I wouldn't put that anywhere near a meerschaum. My dear friend Dave Shain gave me one for Xmas the other year and I found it will not fit onto the bowls of ancient Victorian 'cutty' pipes that I smoke and collect.

The clip blade of a Case XX knife and sandpaper is all I use. Reamers are clumsy and too unwieldy.
