It's a Jeep. No getting it stuck anywhere, summer tires or not. I usually drive yhrough a foot and s half of snow with no problem. But hers is pristine. 2010, no rust, abig deal in Maine.
The wife went to the grocery store about noon. So I took the opportunity to fire up a pipe with Prince Al on the back porch. I found myself reverting back to puffing away like a steam engine. But at least I got one pipeful done. The first in 3 days. So far, she has not smelled any smoke. So far, so good.
It was 10 degrees this morning with a high of 30 predicted. No smoking today, I guess. It was in the 20s yesterday. Again, I could not smoke. Standing on the porch while my wife is out shopping is not my ideal activity in freezing weather.
It's hard to savor a slow smoke when I feel the pressure of getting it done in a time frame based on others' activities. And the cold just adds to the misery.
