@nfisher. Nice! My uncle has a Shadow 750, one of my cousins had one as well and traded it for a Road Star 1600, and another one of my cousins has a Shadow 600. They're all great bikes!
@hotshot. Cool pic! I usually ride the Dragon at least once a year, but I haven't so far this year. I usually ride it just to say I did, look at a bunch of nice bikes, eat at Deals Gap, and get a T-shirt. I have to say though, that as far as the ride/road goes, I much prefer Cherohalla Skyway and Foothills Parkway, both of which are the Dragons next door neighbors.

Anyone care to comment on the new prototype electric Harley-Davidson? A super quiet motorcycle seems

like a real hazard, especially to the rider, maybe to pedestrians. I think the concept is good, but Harley

coming out with it, from the company that made potato-potato classic, seems to trip their customer base.

Kawasaki could do this, and folks would just say, hmmm.

Looks like I'm bucking the trend here with my cheap, ugly motorcycle. Nice thing about a not-so-nice bike is you can just ride the hell out of it without worries. I've put 30k miles on the old girl.

As for the E-Harley, I haven't even seen it and I already know I don't like it! Very un-HD!

I am glad however, that Harley is gonna be making 750 and 500cc bikes.

It's about time they came out with some bikes to compete in the small twin category!

The small bike market has long been dominated by bikes like the Honda Shadows 750s and Yamaha V-Star 650s and others.

Until now, if you were a beginner and you wanted to ride a Harley, the smallest thing available was nearly 900cc.

@racerx. I like it man!

I rode Enduros for years myself. My favorite was always a Yamaha TW200. Lots of torque for their size, big tires, light weight, and smooth riding. That was my uncles bike, but I rode it way more than he ever did, lol!

At the time, I had a Yamaha DT175. I loved that bike too!

Well, I just sold my V-Star today. It seems weird not seeing in in the garage. But oh well, it was just collecting dust anyway. It's probably only been ridden two or three times in the last two or three months, so at least it'll get to see some road time now.

We're getting ready to take the bikes to the Fl. Keys in January, and that got me looking through some of the pics from earlier in the year. So, I thought I'd bring this one back to life, and show a few more pics.
Here we are on Cherohalla Skyway, after riding the Dragon.
From front to back are my bike, my buddy Keith's (Cornbread) Vulcan 1500, my cousin Mike's V-Star 1100, and my Dad's Goldwing GL1500.

Here,s my buddy Jullian's (Gilligan) '03 Anniversary Road King.

Here it is at my house with my cousin Ray's Road Star 1600

Here's all 3 of them together.

Here's one that oughta make you guys drool! This is my Dad's old 1960 Duo Glide Panhead, which sadly, he does not have any more.

Here's mine after I put some lights on it.

And Here's my new primary cover. I also put the matching grips on as well.

Here's me and the wife on the Dragon. That's my buddy Cornbread behind us.

And Here we are again. If you look closely, you can just see some sparks coming from the kick stand as I'm just starting to touch down in the corner.
