It's too bad to see a situation that had been working for so long break down (at least beyond 2020), but Pheasant Run is pretty run down. I really like the Rosemont idea; that area and the businesses are on the rise.
Or, we could just move it a few hundred miles north to Traverse City, MI!
Wishful thinking, eh? Well, the Chicagoans flood the region up here every summer ...
TC is great but not very centrally located and airport service, particularly for international travel, might not be up to the task.
