Best B&M’s on the East Coast?

I just looked up JRs, and it seems like a pretty high end cigar shop/place, but what is the deal with their pipe and pipe tobacco offerings? Their webpage makes it seem like they don't really have any, but you probably have better info jguss.

JR’s used to also have a discount store attached but have since closed that part of the business. They have been around for a long time and we’re early to the mail order cigar scene. I don’t remember what they had as far as pipes. It’s been 10 years or so since I went to one.
